Pivoting around a new logo concept, this brand refresh would need to adapt to the studio's diverse range of stylistic approaches, all while tying together their various media touch points.
The logo itself is a lettermark composed of the 3 pegs of a peg bar. This reflects the studio's forte, traditional hand drawn 2D animation.

The studio's color palette got a modern upgrade which still keeps the heritage palette intact. Pairing this with Latinotype's Basic Sans, a typeface with subtle details that give it a bunch of personality, we found Plankton's voice.

The new identity had to reflect the studio's wide range of styles, which is where the idea of a dynamic logo came in: The same form, but with endless visual approaches.

To wrap it all up, I delivered a brand guideline, a library with all required assets, and a bunch of static and animated brand visuals for the studio to use as they wish.
